Orders that come through our website are processed by Kate.

Your orders are then fulfilled by our fulfilment service Newsstand who deal with with sorting, packaging and then the shipping of your order.

When ordering through our website, please double check all shipping details on your confirmation email. We will not be responsible for the incorrect address once your order has been shipped, unless that mistake has been made by us.

We also cannot track 'untracked' orders. If you choose this option at checkout, please be aware that we can't check to see where and when your parcel will arrive.

A subscription contract is the agreement between a customer and a merchant over a specific term for recurring purchases over a set or undefined period of time.

When you start a subscription with us, you are agreeing that a payment will be taken from your bank account at the dates dated at times of purchase. Our subscription will be every August, November, February and May. The subscription will continue rolling unless you cancel your subscription with us. You'll be able to access your details via your account. Please keep this email handy or saved,

In terms of payment change, We will always let our customers know in advance if any changes will take place. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

The payment for the subscription will come out on the 1st of each month that the magazine will be printed and sent to your door.

We only ship products that have been paid for in full. If your payment bounces for any reason. An email will be sent to you to make you aware of this.

Once the magazine is in the post, we won't be able to accept refunds. Please make sure you cancel your subscription before we send out your copy.
